Services
Every job gets a two-person crew, a truck, and a firm price before anything is lifted. Here's what we do most.
-
Home junk removal
The everyday job: a couch that won't fit through the door, the garage you can't park in, the basement after a flood. We come inside, carry it out, and sweep up. Single items welcome — there's no minimum. Get a quote
-
Whole-house & estate cleanouts
For moves, downsizing, foreclosures, and clearing a family member's home. We'll walk through with you first, flag anything that looks like it should be kept (photos, documents, jewelry), and work room by room. Usable furniture and clothing go to local donation partners, and we'll send you the receipt. Get a quote
-
Office & commercial cleanouts
Desks, chairs, cubicle walls, filing cabinets, retail fixtures, restaurant equipment, warehouse leftovers. We do after-hours and weekend jobs so you don't lose a business day, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your building manager. Get a quote
-
Construction & renovation debris
Drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, old cabinets and countertops, decking, fencing, roofing shingles. For most kitchen and bath remodels we're cheaper than a dumpster rental, we don't need a permit, and you don't have an eyesore in the driveway for two weeks. Get a quote
-
Appliance & furniture pickup
Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, mattresses, sofas. We disconnect appliances if they're already shut off, and freon is recovered by a licensed recycler. Get a quote
-
Yard waste & outdoor
Brush, branches, old fencing, broken patio furniture, play sets, above-ground pools, grills, and the shed that's been leaning since 2019 — we'll take it down and haul it in the same trip. Get a quote
-
Hoarding cleanup
Handled with discretion and patience. Unmarked trucks on request. We work at the pace the homeowner is comfortable with and never throw out something without asking first. Get a quote
-
Light demolition
Sheds, decks, hot tubs, above-ground pools, interior non-load-bearing walls, old kitchen tear-outs. We bring the tools, do the teardown, and haul the pieces away in one visit. Get a quote
How pricing works
We charge by how much room your stuff takes up in the truck. Labor, fuel, disposal fees, and sweep-up are all included. The crew gives you the exact price on arrival, before they load anything.
A full truck holds about 15 cubic yards — roughly the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, or six full pickup-truck loads.
Ranges below are typical for Suffolk County. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, and roofing are priced by weight instead.
| Load size | Fits about | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Single item | One couch, fridge, or mattress | $95–$150 |
| ¼ truck | A garage corner or small bedroom | $175–$250 |
| ½ truck | A full garage or basement | $300–$400 |
| ¾ truck | Most apartment cleanouts | $425–$525 |
| Full truck | A one-bedroom apartment | $550–$650 |
Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Not if the items are outside or in an unlocked garage. For anything inside, we ask that someone be there to point out what goes and approve the price.
Do you take things from upstairs or the basement?
Yes. Stairs, tight corners, and narrow doorways are part of the job and don't cost extra.
How fast can you come?
Same-day in most of the metro if you call before noon. Otherwise next day, with a two-hour arrival window.
What happens to my stuff?
Furniture and clothing in decent shape go to donation partners. Metal, cardboard, and e-waste are recycled. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station.
